Everyone gets a change to participate in the following five practicals:

Practical A: Negative Staining as screening tool for cryo-EM
Practical B: Cryo-EM Sample Preparation by Plunge Freezing
Practical C: Cryo-EM Sample Preparation by High Pressure Freezing
Practical D: Demonstration cryo-FIB-SEM (Focussed Ion Beam - Scanning Electron Microscopy)
Practical E: Demonstration cryo-TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy)
